The Work includes installing approximately 3,900 feet of 8-inch to 20-inch cured-in-place pipe and lining and rehabilitating 21 manholes. There is no prebid meeting. Plan Holders are requested to provide an e mail address if they wish to receive addenda and other information electronically. Plan Holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier if they want this information posted on the project Plan Holders List. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. The Village of New Boston, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 150 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Refer to Article 19 of Instructions to Bidders for additional information concerning timing of Contract Award. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
