Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ashland, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 115,000-square-foot educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
A Construction Manager has been selected. Construction is underway. PROJECT INFORMATION. Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facility Improvement Project, including a new PK-2 building (approx. 84,000 sf), a new middle school building with a competition gymnasium (approx. 115,000 sf), a new fine arts auditorium (approx. 20,000 sf), and related infrastructure construction and improvements. 2. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Proposals will be received until 9:00 AM CST on February 5, 2021. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM. 3. INQUIRIES AND INSTRUCTIONS. The RFP and Proposal Instructions may be obtained by contacting contact Scott As of May 21, 2021, a bond has passed with a 59 percent vote. A request for proposal has been issued.
