Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Johnstown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are sought and requested by the Town of Johnstown, NY according to the plans and specifications for the Culvert Replacement Project 333 South Shore Rd. No deposit will be refunded after 30 consecutive calendar days from award of contract. Bidding documents will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service upon request and receipt of an additional non - refundable delivery and handling charge of $20.00 per set payable to Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in bids, or to reject any or all bids, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. The successful bidder will provide proof of Bondability for a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in amount of no less than 100% of the total amount of accepted bid. This shall be a prevailing wage rate job. 2.02 This job must conform to all requirements for Minority and Women -Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation.
