Student Welcome Center Electrical Upgrades Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to the Fulton County Treasurer or a Bid Bond for a sum equal to five-percent (5%) of the Bid. All questions and/or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents shall be directed in writing to JMZ Architects, David VanGuilder, AIA, fax (518) 793-1735 or DVanGuilder@jmzarchitects.com. Telephone inquiries will not be considered. All questions must be received no later than the close of the business day, seven days prior to the bid date. Addenda may be issued during the bid period at the discretion of the Architect. A "Performance Bond" and a "Labor and Materials Payment Bond" in the amount of the contract price and the form described in the Contract Documents will be required from the successful bidder. Fulton and Montgomery Counties reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which is in the best interest of the County.
