Providing all labor, tools, and equipment to furnish and or maintain pumping of sewer holding tanks services. Note that all agreements entered into with the State of California will include by reference General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses that may be viewed and downloaded at Internet. It is the responsibility of the bidder to review the solicitation pack in its entirety for complete understanding of performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a bid acknowledges that the bidder has review the solicitation pack in its entirety and completely understands the performance expectations and contracting conditions under solicitation C2047003. Term: the term of this contract C2047003 shall be a (36) thirty-six months (3 years) beginning on October 1, 2020 and terminate on September 30, 2023.
