Remodeling of an educational facility in Windsor, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The three existing boilers, the domestic hot water heating system, and water chillers were installed in 2004. This project contains replacing the three boilers with new high-efficiency gas-fired low-condensing boilers installing high efficiency heating hot water systems, and high efficiency water chillers. This project completes a the replacement of the HVAC systems at the High School. Project cost was updated to reflect the replacement of 23 RTUs in the summer of 2021. lrst in Connecticut. As of September 29, 2023, this project is included town of Windsor's FY 2024-2029 Budget CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
