The work to be performed in general, consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, implements and methods of process to remove and replace a waterline and resurface Civic Center Boulevard from Lotz Way to Driftwood Drive. The waterline segments to be removed and abandoned may be classified as hazardous or special waste or asbestos-containing material (ACM). The work also includes surface preparation of all streets; removal and replacement of curb ramps to meet ADA requirements; removal and replacement of a sanitary sewer manhole; removal and replacement of a fire hydrant; raising to grade existing utility covers; protection of existing utilities; pavement delineation; and all other work as shown on the Project Plans
