Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will include bypass sewer installation and waterline installation (replacement) including approximately: 3,000 L.F. of 16" Pressure Rated Sewer Pipe and 2,100 L.F. 12" Water Main and Associated Services within Jewell Street between South Carr Street and South Wadsworth Boulevard The work shall include all erosion and traffic control and other related improvements and appurtenances. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; however, interested Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the area where the work will be performed. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
