Morrison Road. N Approximately 213 Lf 18-inch Steel Casing Pipe Installation Crossing S. Kipling Parkway Between W. Asbury Avenue and W. Morrison Road. N Approximately 417 Lf 8-inch Cipp Rehabilitation Crossing S. Kipling Parkway Between W. Asbury Avenue and W. Morrison Road. The Work Shall Include All Erosion and Traffic Control and Other Related Improvements and Appurtenances. This Project is Located Within the BancroftClover Water and Sanitation District, Located Within the City of Lakewood, Colorado. To Familiarize Themselves With the Area Where the Work Will Be Performed. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Bid Date and Time. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, To Waive Any Errors or Irregularities, and to Require Statements or Evidence Of Bidders' Qualifications Including Financial Statements. The Owner Also Reserves the Right to Extend the Bidding Period by Addendum if It Appears in Its Interest to Do So.
