Reference Number 0000390755 This project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing approximately 294 S.F. restroom structure at Daniels Park. The scope includes painting inside and out, including exterior of existing adjacent storage building, new metal siding and gutters, new accessories and partitions, new plumbing fixtures, supply and waste (above ground), new electrical panel, lights and electric water heaters, resurface existing concrete floor. The plans have been reviewed and are ready for permit issuance. The project is to be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
