Reference Number 0000387948 The scope of this project includes a combination of exterior façade maintenance and structural restoration activities aimed at preserving the integrity, appearance, and performance of the building envelope. The primary components of work are wet sealing of insulated glass units, structural concrete repairs and installation of sealants and elastomeric coatings. The project is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
