Contract Time: 150 Days from NTP to Milestone 1 Contract Time: 540 Days to Substantial Completion Contract Time: 600 Days to Final Completion Liquidated Damages: $1,800.00 per day, Substantial Completion Liquidated Damages: $900.00 per day, Final Completion SBE Requirements: 24% Utilization Directions: Site is located in Palm Beach County, south of County Road 880 (East Canal St S), west of L-7 Canal and Water Conservation Area 1 (WCA-1) and east of the STA-1W Expansion #1. Access to the Site is through DISTRICT Gate # G_STA1W_05.00E (26.6781165, -80.3968081) on County Road 880, approximately 0.9 miles south west of the intersection with State Road 80.
