The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the rehabilitation of the existing Sewer System in the City of Revere, Massachusetts including, but not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of existing sewers, service laterals, and manholes; CCTV inspection; spot replacement of sewers and service laterals; removal of protruding taps; installation of 6-in through 10-in cured-in-place pipe lining; installation of 8-in to 12-in transition CIPP liners; manhole rehabilitation including: interior epoxy and cementitious manhole lining, corbel repair and rebuilding, replacement of manhole frames and covers, rebuilding of manhole bench and invert; installation of new precast concrete manholes; locating and raising buried manholes to grade with the use of HDPE grade rings; installation of 4-in, 5-in, and 6-in service lateral connection liners which extend a minimum of 24-in into the lateral; installation of 4-in, 5-in, and 6-in service lateral liners extending the full length of active service laterals. 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation
