Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sparta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the Project consists of installation of a new fire pump to serve the fire safety training facility. Work includes, but is not limited to new pump, motor and assembly installed into existing 13 ft deep pit. New steel structure and grate to support pump. Cutting pipe access through concrete foundation wall. Excavation for installation of 8 inch ductile pipe across site to safety building. Installation of manhole and revision to dry hydrant. Erosion control and site restoration. Electrical service extended from service at existing garage/shop. Installation and connection of pump controls and accessories. List is only of those requesting plans from HSR. If you obtained plans from another source and want your firm on HSR's list contact us. BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
