Site work and new construction of a civil project in Osage, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
***As of August 13, 2020 project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work shall be constructed at the existing Wastewater Treatment Facility located on 357th Street on the west side of the City of Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa. Major components of the Work include: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for: Contract I - Sludge Storage Tank: One (1) million gallon concrete or bolted stainless steel tank, foundation, grading and miscellaneous work as noted. Contract II - Blower Building: 26'-8" X 36'-8" block building, 3 blowers, electrical, site piping, decant unit and sludge tank aeration system along with miscellaneous associated work as noted.
