Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/24/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Rebuild of the garage drain lift station at the Osage, IA MG located at 1945 Hwy 9, Osage, IA 50461. Scope: Rebuild the garage drain lift station to include pumps, vertical rail systems, & check valves. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award (The date shall be coordinated with the IDOT Project Manager. (This is the estimated start date after all required documents are received (i.e., Insurance, performance bond and vendor signed contract). Estimated project end date- 05/01/2024 (This includes resolution to all punch list items, inspections and DOT acceptance typically used in construction bids). Note: Contractors to propose a suggested revised completion date taking weather conditions into consideration. This is a required Attribute. See Attribute #12. Please post all questions before the question cutoff deadline of 03/24/2023 at 10:00PM CST. Questions must be submitted in writing. Questions after the cutoff date/time will not be accepted.
