General summary of Work to be performed: CONTRACT 25-01 - Garland Substation Grading Package Project, for Osage Municipal A printed set of the Bidding Documents consisting of 1 Project Manual may be obtained at no charge from the Issuing Office, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids shall be submitted in triplicate, on forms provided with the Project Manual, to Osage Municipal Utility ATTN: Stacy Walsh on or before the time specified above. Upon notification of award, Successful Bidder shall furnish contract security in the form of performance and payment bonds described in the Contract Documents. Performance of the Work will start within 30 calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the time stated in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to defer acceptance of any Bid for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days after the date Bids are to be received. The Owner reserves the right to consider such factors as time of completion of the Work, materials and methods of construction, experience and responsibility of the Bidder, and similar factors in determining which Bid it deems to be in its best interests. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities or technicalities in any Bid and to accept the Bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the Owner. Osage Municipal Utilities reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for a period not to exceed (60) days after the date bids are received.
