Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Castro Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project is located at Castro Valley Community Center Park, 18988 Lake Chabot Road, Castro Valley where three (3) courts will be renovated; and Southgate Community Park, 26780 Chiplay Avenue, Hayward where existing courts will be modified into six (6) pickleball courts, The Project consists of: Resurfacing tennis courts at various parks throughout the District. Scope of work includes AC grind, AC overlay, acrylic court surfacing, tennis net posts and nets, benches, signs, message cabinets, chain link fence and gates, and other miscellaneous work as shown on the drawings and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by an admitted surety insurer, in the form procured from the office of said Board, duly executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety admitted corporation authorized to do business in the State of California as surety naming the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District of Alameda County as obligee, or by a cash deposit, cashier's check or certified check, certified without qualification, drawn on a solvent bank of the State of California, or on a national bank doing business in the State of California, for at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, and made payable to the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District of Alameda County. The General Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
