Renovation of a fire / police facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified general contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.. In addition, due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment P - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing@burnaby.ca. Furthermore, all mandatory site visit attendees must complete a Police Information Check before the site visit as per Attachment N - Mandatory Site Visit Instruction. Email submissions could be delayed or rejected by the City of Burnaby email security system. The onus is on the Tenderer to make sure the City receives the Tender submission before the closing date and time. Maximum email submission size is 50 MB. If your email submission is larger than 50 MB, please submit in multiple emails.
