The village of Oak Park is looking to repurpose an existing traffic cabinet shell into a fully functional emergency use control cabinet. The control cabinet is to be fully furnished for plug and play operation in the event of a cabinet knockdown at any corner. The village will supply a traffic cabinet to the selected contractor to be used. The cabinet shall be furnished with a wheel or caster system that is removable. This will provide mobility and flexibility for use inside the building as well as ability to transport, move, and load the cabinet onto a truck to be used in the field.
