PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of two IDOT sites where the bidder shall renovate and provide new restrooms. In addition, improvements shall be made to miscellaneous associated areas such as offices and storage. Watseka site shall be re-roofed. Gardner site sees a small addition as part of the renovation Watseka: The truck maintenance yard at Watseka is a single-story frame and brick structure with a low pitch roof; which over time has been clad with a standing seam metal roof. Conditions to Note: Coordinate with scope in Drawings 1. Existing single user restroom shall be demolished for provision of new 2. The administrative ensemble of rooms adjacent to the restrooms shall be demolished and made new 3. The storage area to the south shall be reconfigured for new restrooms 4. The roof was inspected and found to be in a state of disrepair.
