Site work for a water / sewer project in Gardner, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A. Work of the Project includes complete removal and replacement of all Residential water meters located within the Owners water system, including all work and equipment necessary to provide a fully operational metering system interfacing successfully with the Owners billing system. B. Time Restrictions for Performing Work: Work shall be substantially completed within 365 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Work shall be complete and ready for final payment within 395 consecutive calendar days from the date of said Notice to Proceed. C. Perform Work of the Contract in accordance with the General Conditions and Special Conditions. Description Work of the project includes complete removal and replacement of all Residential water meters located within the Owner's water system, including all work and equipment necessary to provide a fully operational metering system interfacing successfully with the Owner's billing system.
