Renovation of a municipal facility in Mishawaka, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 30, 2020, a construction manager and architect has been selected and this project is in the pre-construction/negotiated phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, it is anticipated construction will start in spring 2021. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Mishawaka is requesting proposals for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) as allowed under Indiana Code 5-32 for the City of Mishawaka City Hall Building Project. This project involves the adaptive reuse of the former Liberty Mutual Insurance Building located at 100 Lincolnway West, in Historic Downtown Mishawaka. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses, to waive any informalities, irregularities or omissions in any proposal, or to accept an RFP, which, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the City of Mishawaka. *The Construction Manager firm will not accept phone call inquiries at this time. *The Architect firm will not accept phone call inquiries at this time.
