Site work for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
You are hereby invited to Bid on the following project, the Bid being signed and sealed in an envelope. Accompanying the Bid in the envelope shall be a signed Scope of Work and/or Bid Package Number as it applies in addition to the Bid Security. The envelope shall be clearly marked, "BID- LHS PAC & LNHS Landscape Projects, BID PACKAGE NUMBER(s) and CONTRACTOR'S NAME", submitted prior to the time of public opening of Bids. Time is of the essence for this Project and Substantial Completion must be achieved in accordance with the Construction Schedule, unless set forth otherwise in the agreement between the Owner and Contractor. Refer to Section 013200 (013216) - Construction Schedule. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any technicalities therein.
