Liberty Hospital anticipates construction of a new single story medical office building. The medical office building will be approximately 22,000 SF located on just over 3 acres in the new Master Planned Twin Creeks development in Kansas City, MO. Initial program includes the following spaces: Sports medicine and rehab gym with treatment bays, exam rooms, storage and work room. A on stage/off stage clinic model with 15 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and associated nursing, provider, and support spaces. A vestibule and lobby space to access both the clinic and the gym spaces as well as public restrooms, radiology space, point of care lab, and support spaces. The design team is currently working with the City and Development on re-plating, entitlement and a major amendment to the MPD. This process is slated to be complete in late February/early March.
