Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes: intersection improvements at M-291 and Stewart Rd; intersection signalization at M-291 and Blue Jay Dr.; pedestrian improvements from the North Havens Center commercial development to Kansas St.; and all other associated work. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Liberty reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 7% and 1 trainee or 1000 hours.
