Site work for an educational facility in Beresford, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Standard Items: .1 Supply and Install Erosion Control .2 Excavation and Disposal of existing soil to proposed elevations. .3 Installation of catch basin and storm manhole adjustments. .4 Supply and placement of new granular materials. .5 Supply and placement of new asphalt concrete. .6 Supply and placement of new concrete sidewalks. .7 Extension of outfall pipe and modifications to rip-rap outfall. .8 Supply and placement of chain link fence. .9 Supply and placement of topsoil and sodding. .10 Supply and placement of line painting. .11 All required reinstatement. .12 Installation of flood lights. Optional Separate Price Items: .1 Remove and replace electrical pole bases. Replace conduits/wiring and supply and install new underground box. .2 Supply and install new LED lights and install on existing light poles. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered. Award subject to final approval.
