A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Lakeland Water Utilities Department is Seeking an Engineering Consultant to Provide Engineering Services in Regards to Design, Bidding, and Construction Services to Include Resident Project Representative Services for the City's Northside Wastewater Pump Station. Firms Responding to This Request for Proposal Should Be Accomplished in the Design, Bidding, and Construction Services of Wastewater Projects in Florida and Be Capable of the Design of Large Complex Pump Stations Using Innovative Solutions to Control Cost. This Solicitation Will Follow Florida Statute Chapter 287.055 Florida Statutes Termed the "consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (Ccna)"; Said Process Relating Primarily to Professional Engineering and Architectural Services. The Proposal Should Consist of No More Than Fifteen (15) Pages of Text Conveying the Respondent's Understanding of the Project, the Proposal Should Also Include the Architect, Engineer and Related Services Questionnaires, Standard Forms 254, and 255, or 330 and Are Excluded in the Page Count. In Compliance With the Florida Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (Ccna), (Chapter 287 Florida Statutes), Rates Shall Not Be Included in This Proposal.
