The City of Lakeland is Seeking Bids From Qualified Grounds Maintenance Contractors to Provide Mowing Various Areas of the Mcintosh Power Plant and Its Adjoining Properties, Such as Landfill Slopes, Railroad Slopes, Ditches, Berms, and Large, Open Fields, as Well as Various Areas of the Larsen Plant. Work May Also Entail Seeding, Fertilizing, Mulching, Lime Application, Invasive Weed Control, Purchase and Placement of Hay Bales, and Any Other Grounds Maintenance as Needed. the Bids Submitted and the Purchase Order, if Issued, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Invitation to Bid, the Attached City of Lakeland Specifications, All Codes, Requirements and Regulations Referenced Therein. The Term of the Contract shall begin with the issuance of a purchase order through September 30, 2023 with an option for Four (4), One (1) Year Renewals upon mutual consent.
