Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Nederland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for the construction of Jefferson County WCID#10, Waste Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation, Harvey Disaster Recovery, Levee and Road Repair Project, generally described as the repair to interior levee embankments and reconstruction of exterior road. The right is reserved by the Jefferson County WCID#10, as its interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received. Bid Security, only in the form of: 1) a certified or cashier's check drawn on a Texas bank and made payable to Jefferson County WCID#10; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Texas, in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid, must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted. Bids may be held by the Jefferson County WCID#10 for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds.
