Each BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Mr. Randall Reese, General Manager at Sabine Neches Navigation District. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for Placement Area 14 Dewatering Project and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the BIDDER, his address, and his license number (if applicable). If forwarded by overnight or express mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to Mr. Reese, Sabine Neches Navigation District, 8180 Anchor Drive, Port Arthur, Texas 77642. Overnight or express mail must be received in the Sabine-Neches Navigation District's office no later than 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Friday, July 8th, 2022. For purposes of express mail forms, the District's telephone number is (409) 729-4588. Each BID must include a BID BOND equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the BID. BID BONDS of unsuccessful BIDDERS will be returned.
