Demolition and site work for a residential development in Milroy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
A Demolition project of 73 North Main Street, Milroy, in the Township of Armagh. certified check or bank draft, payable to "County of Mifflin" or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total Base Bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance, Maintenance, and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after award of the Contract. The Mifflin County Commissioners have established goals of participation for minority and women business enterprises (MBE/WBE) for each project in each bid category to be used solely as a guide in determining bidder responsibility. The minimum participation level for MBE's is 5% and for WBE's 3%. The County reserves the right to increase and decrease quantities, as necessary. The Mifflin County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the County.
