No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening The successful bidder must furnish the school district Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. Successful bidders will utilize form AIA A312 to complete the Performance and Payment Bond.
