The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. Sand Hollow Aquatic Center PVC Liner Replacement Scope of Work 1. Bidder must have a minimum of 10 years of installation of PVC liners in commercial facilities. At least 3 references need to be included in bid. 2. Remove and dispose of current PVC liner. (Credit to City of St. George if self removal is performed prior to bid winner work commences) 3. Broom Clean of any loose debris on pool surface area. 4. Sanitize the pool surface prior to installation of new liner to prevent any growth. 5. Felt or protective liner adhered to pool surface prior to pvc liner install.(min of 150 mil thick) 6. PVC liner installed (min of 60 mil thick) 7. All floor areas must be flush as to not create any “toe catches”. 8. Compression fitting to be installed around all main drains, wall and floor returns, handrails, and lights ect. 9. Additional caulking, detail work, and finish work will need to make installation watertight. 10.Pool liner must have a system installed that allows evacuation of any water that may develop under the liner. 11.Racing lane markers and pool safety markers must be installed to match those existing in the poo
