The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: HEATING PLANT COOLING CAPACITY EXPANSION UTAH TECH UNIVERSITY (FORMERLY DIXIE STATE UNIVERSITY), ST. GEORGE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #23003640 Increase capacity of the Central Plant cooling towers. Extend the utility tunnels south along the Udvar Hazy Building.
