Project Number-21-043, 21104, 22-0000 Westland has been selected as the General Contractor for the new State Bank Facility located off Mall Drive near Washington Fields. (St.George, Utah). We anticipate this project will begin around the first of November 2022. Please review the plans and specifications as drawn. The owner is open to Value Engineer items, but please present those as add or deduct options to your base bid.
