Separate sealed BIDS for the installation of the Blissfield Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements will be received by the Village of Blissfield, Michigan The scope of work consists of wastewater treatment plant improvements including final clarifier upgrades and an additional clarifier, new headworks/screening facility, new raw sewage pump station, new UV disinfection, a new generator, and a miscellaneous pumps, piping, valves, and gates. The successful bidder will not be required to pay any applicable minimum wage rates as established by the State of Michigan. This project is being partially funded with monies from USDA Rural Development.
