All work must comply with federal, state, county, and local regulations for sludge handling and disposal, as well as industry standards for concrete repair and protective coatings in wastewater environments Lien Bond, equal to the amount of the Contract Question Acceptance Deadline 05/02/2025 05:00 PM EDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer, with final responses to be sent by May 6th General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid amount, and payable to the Village of Blissfield will be required of all Bidders. Performance Bond and Lien Bond, equal to the amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract.
