Reference Number 0000390448 The Village of Blissfield is soliciting bids for our 2025 Street Crackfill project pursuant to the bid documents. All questions or to schedule an inspection/site visit concerning this bid should be directed to Brent Kastel, Department of Public Works Supervisor, at (517)202-6377. The Village of Blissfield reserves the right to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities in the bidding in the sole discretion of the Village. The Village reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances best serve the Village's interests. Bidders must use the Village Bid form. Work shall be completed within 120 days from the Notice of Award. o Cracks in the streets to be crack filled shall be blown out with compressed air. o Cracks shall be routed with a power wire brush as needed. o No vegetative matter shall remain in the cracks after cleaning/routing. o Cracks shall then be immediately filled with hot rubberized crack filler, in sufficient quantity to completely fill each crack. o Cracks will be sprayed with water immediately after filling. o The contractor shall be responsible for any traffic control and warning signs as may be needed. o The contractor must provide a copy of adequate property damage, liability, and workers' compensation insurance with bid documents
