PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of remodels at the Blissfield Elementary, Middle School, and High Schools as follows: High School Enhancements: Expansion of the weight room and art room (Room A30), totaling 1,967 square feet. Renovations to the band room (Room A25) and choir room (Room A10). Upgrades to both the boys and girls locker rooms. Middle School Renovations: Conversion of existing locker areas into new office spaces, including a redesigned reception area with updated lighting. Redesign of the boys and girls locker rooms. Demolition work in select classrooms to accommodate the installation of new window systems. Elementary School Additions: Construction of a new 5,089 square foot multipurpose room including footings and foundations. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system updates and partial demolition.
