Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project generally consists of the renovation of an existing public pocket park area including construction of a Bioswale and pipe connection to the existing storm sewer system in Bridge Street; streambank stabilization; CMU/stone veneer site wall; stabilized aggregate walking surface, vertical mulching of existing mature trees, landscape plantings and irrigation. Notice of Award: August 19, 2020 Notice to Proceed: August 26, 2020 Site Work Mobilization: September 8, 2020 Substantial Completion: November 13, 2020 Final Completion November 20, 2020 Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
