Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Springville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Bids will be received for the Lynn Cemetery Road Culvert Replacement project. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by either a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety payable to the Township of Springville, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. All bids shall be submitted in duplicate and in a sealed envelope properly marked: "Lynn Cemetery Road Culvert Replacement". The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and/or eliminate, reduce or increase any item of work shown and to waive any informality in the bidding. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to the amount of the total bid. Bids may be held by the Township for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to award.
