Site work for a mixed-use development in Sitka, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
This Invitation to bid is to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the Green Lake Hydroelectric Project Rehabilitation Phase 1, located at CBS owned Green Lake Hydroelectric Project near Sitka, Alaska. The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the water intake structures, intake gate and hydraulic hoist and piping, painting, grout repairs to concrete tunnel, replacement of powerhouse piping, and turbine generator inspections. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the total of all estimated prices in the Bid Form, as defined in the Instructions to Bidders, must accompany each bid. The Bid Bond may be in the form of a certified or cashier's check made payable to the City and Borough of Sitka or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Alaska.
