The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits proposals to provide civil engineering services to perform a planning study and design of a new wastewater effluent disinfection system. Inquiries shall be submitted no later than Friday, September Pt at 5:00 p.m. local time. The City and Borough of Sitka reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
