Bidding and construction is estimated to take place in 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Contractor shall provide professional design services for bid documents development, cost estimating services, bidding and construction administration assistance, and related services for a new bus maintenance facility located at 458 Katlian Street/Tribal Way in Sitka, Alaska. Services will include, but are not limited to, contract management, project management, architecture and interior design, landscape design, cost estimating, civil & geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, energy-efficiency, electrical engineering, and acoustical design.
