The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is proposing to hire a Contractor to deconstruct, remodel, modernize the existing bathrooms, showers and laundry room inside of the Sitka Armory to comply with UFC and ATFP regulations. Project tasks will include removing and deposing of fixtures, toilets, urinals, stalls, re-configuring walls and some plumbing/electrical work. The existing laundry room on the first floor and is to be relocated to the second floor as specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). No Base access is required.
