C. Provide all labor to move lockers from the drill hall floor to the designated area on the 3rd floor. D. Provide all labor to move gym equipment from the drill hall floor to the designated storage area in the garage next to the building. E. This is an active use building, dust control must be used. ECTION 1: Project Outline: The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a contractor to prepare and apply an anti-slip coating on the Drill Hall floor at our existing Readiness Center located in Sitka, Alaska. The contractor shall provide all materials, permits, labor, tools, equipment, disposal, supervision, and overhead required to complete installation and ensure safe operational condition. SECTION 2: Scope of Work The scope of work for this project is including, but is not limited to the following: 1. Locate and verify existing site conditions, utilities, sub-surfaces, construction, etc. as related to this work. 2. Responsible for all coordination with affected utilities before, during and after project completion. 3. The contractor is responsible for coordination of all utility locates necessary to complete this Scope of Work. 4. The contractor is required to perform a walk-through, and thoroughly examine site conditions, and take actual on-site measurements of job site for bidding purposes.
