The project begins at the end of Halibut Point Road in Sitka, Alaska and continues northerly to its termination within Katlian Bay at the eastern boundary of the Shee Atika property. Work includes the installation of approximately 300 culverts and placing a surface course of six inches of Subbase, Grading C. Two bridges will be constructed over the South Katlian River and Katlian River. Engineer's Estimate Range:Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 AKDOT - Katlian Bay Rd
