Principal features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, backfill, embankment, miscellaneous items, control of water, engineering fabric, stone protection, corrugated metal pipe, erosion control, lime treatment, welding, concrete work, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. This IFB will result in the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The set-aside for this procurement is Woman Owned Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $39.5 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance for completion of construction is 285 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
