The Tucson Airport Authority ("TAA") invites construction manager/general contractor persons or firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") in response to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for (i) pre-construction services, including constructability and phasing review; conceptual cost estimating services, scheduling, value engineering, and other preconstruction services, and (ii) potential construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") for 10119108 ANG-ECF Hangar In Kind Replacement. General Description of Project: Construct approximately 32,242 SF aircraft hangar and associated site improvements as an in-kind replacement for Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) facilities displaced as part of a land acquisition to construct a 162nd Wing base entry complex. Location of Work: Tucson International Airport, Aero Park Drive, Tucson AZ TAA has set an aspirational 7% (7% of the dollar value of the contract) DBE participation goal for this contract.
